Follow below list of steps in order to configure your domain account in Microsoft Outlook 2010 hosted by mebsites.com

 

 

Step 1 : Manually configure server settings or additional server types

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2 : Select Internet E-mail

 

 

 Step 3 : Provide primary account details and server configuration

 

  • Using POP3 Protocol

 

User Information

 

Your Name : Name that you want to display to others

E-mail Address : Enter full email address ie. email@yourdomain.com

 

Server Information

Account Type : select POP3

Incoming mail server : zimbra.mebsites.com

Outgoing mail server (SMTP) : mta.au.zimbra.mebsites.com

Login Information

User Name : email@yourdomain.com

Password : Enter your password

 

 

Use more settings option for advance settings

  • Outgoing server settings

  • Check my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option
  • Check use setting as my incoming mail server

 

 

 

  • Advanced settings

  • Incoming server (POP3) : 995
  • Check This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
  • Outgoing server (SMTP) : 587
  • Use the following type of encrypted connection : TLS

 

 

 

 

  • Using IMAP Protocol

Account Type : select IMAP

Incoming mail server : zimbra.mebsites.com
